Sale
If your horse is for sale for more than four days and nobody has bought it, the horse automatically becomes a horse purchased by the Alexander family and is used by them and people either taking lessons, or just riding in return for mucking out stalls. The horse may also be leased out.
- Stallions can force-breed, but can also expect mares to maim them if they really, really don't want it.
- Not every breeding results in pregnancy.
- A pregnancy can last for how ever long you want with a minimum period of a week.
- You cannot breed a horse you play to another horse you play.
- You must fill out the joining form for your foal when it is born so we have a record of its colour, pedigree, etc.
- We will allow graphic breeding, but please not too graphic. If the thread will have any form of graphic breeding on it, please place a [G] in the thread title.
- Mares can have foals once a month. We do not set an aging period, so you can have a foal by your side forever more, or for a minimum of three weeks.
- Stallions can mate whenever, where ever.
- You must posses a breeding coupon before you can breed. These can be purchased at the shop for $150.
Wild Horse Rules
- If you have been born in the wild, chances are you haven't had much, if any, contact with humans. You cannot, for this reason, become instant friends with them. Occasionally a round-up will be lead through a selected land where you have the chance to be caught and turned tame, but mostly you are wild and will stay that way.
- There is only one lead equine per territory. However, there are other herds that run beneath this equine and their herd. An example of this would be modern day politics. John Howard is the Prime Minister, but he has many other politicians underneath him.
- Your horse is not a wonder horse. It won't always win a fight. Sometimes it will slip, sometimes it will strike correctly. Other times it will fall. To have a strong, leading horse you must have a strong and leading roleplay style.
- You may have your own herd at 3. Bachelor bands are welcome. Mares, whilst not always as strong as stallions, might be occasionally. This means that mares can also have their own herd.
- You may fight for lands, titles and mates.
Fighting Rules
- You must wait until a horse has ruled for a week before challenging them.
- Fights are judged by staff members. 5 posts (attacking or not) from each member then we will judge by realism and roleplay style.
- Fights only happen in the Rocky Plateau, as that is the designated fighting ground.
Tame Horse Rules
- You are not a superhorse. You can only excell in one event.
- You cannot randomly breed. If you are placed in a pasture next to a mare/stallion and one of you jumps the fence and the mare is in season, you may breed. However, it is not advised breeding without discussing it with your owner first as they may not want an extra horse - or even a pregnant one. Also, you must possess a breeding coupon to do this.
