Courage tossed his head and pawed the ground for now, he'd just stay quiet, it wasn't his place right now. With a small snort, Courage watched carefully until it seemed like everyone had, had there say. The other Stallion seemed hurt, well it was the only reason he'd be stumbling around the way he was.

Aria straightened, assuming again the role of queen, though she still had a slightly concerned look on her face. "Aqua Marine has only just joined us, but Courage has been a member for a short time. There are others, as well. You are more than welcome to join us. I encourage you to consider the Glades your home, if you wish it."

Bogle fell silent. He had been alone for so long, and now, in a matter of minutes, he had not only talked to another horse, but he had been invited to make himself at home in these lands. He didn't know what to say... it had been too long since he had put a sentence together. It was nearly dusk and he had no choice. If he turned down Aria's offer, he would be back where he started—moving along aimlessly, through unfamiliar lands, trying to find something that would make all his struggles worth it. If he took her up on her offer, however, it would be like tying himself down again. Once thing would lead to another—he was bound to meet other horses, and god forbid he commit to a mare, or worse, a herd... It was his own fault his herd was gone now. He had wanted the freedom, and he had gotten it, but he had paid the price. Now he wanted company and security... would he end up paying a price for this too? "Please, if you could lead me to shelter..." He muttered, avoiding the mare's eyes. He didn't want her to see his fear, his dread.

Aqua Marine's orbs flicked from equine to equine. She listned to their conversation slightly, before drifting off into her own thoughts for a moment. She began to imagine herself in the Billow Glades, with a herd. It seemed to good, it had to be a dream. A 'Day Dream' as some may call it.
Pillers carried her smooth bodice through the long grass. She reached her pear shaped head down from time to time, ripping out the long forage with her sharp ivories. The sun shone on her back. ahh, so nice and warm She said allowed, to a large herd.
She awoke to Bogle's last words. She waited from Aria's reply aswell. She was very interested about these lands now. Her dream had seemed so nice. She just hoped that it could become real. Shifting her weight from left to right, she sighed. Not an impatient, annoyed sigh. But a relaxed and content sigh. She was the happiest she had been in a long time. And she had only just joined the herd. Not wanting to jump to conclusions, or get her hopes up, she tried to focus on other things. She kept herself busy by swatting at the flies swarming around her barrel. Her banner hung around her hocks, after swatting at the flies. She looked around for something else to focus on, but she found nothing. There was one thing she could do though.... She lowerd her delicate head, and began to slowly rip at the short peices of green forage.
OCC. SORRY THAT WAS HORRIBLE

Courage stood listening to everything carefully, he pawed the ground lightly and saw an amusing ant nest a metre away. With a happy nicker Courage trotted over and started to paw at it furiously, then watch all the ants scatter, it really did amuse him, probably more than it should've, he watched with his ears pricked and pawed a few more times, just to make sure they kept scattering. Courage tossed his head and stupidly lowered his head to sniff the ant nest and push some dirt around with his nose, as the ants attacked his delicate nose, Courage shot back letting out a loud squeal, shaking his head and throwing small bucks. Defeated and sad Courage returned to the Group of horses with a now sore nose, he kept his head slightly lowered and sighed. you will enjoy it here, i know

"I'm afraid the only shelter is at the base of the mountains, where a few small caves allow for protection from the elements." She glanced at Courage to make sure he was okay, then started off toward the mountians. "Follow me, I will lead you there."

As Bogle awaited Aria's reply, he watched as Fermino Courage foolishly shoved his nose into an ant hill and then leaped back as the ants swarmed from the little opening in the ground. He turned his attention back to Aria as she answered, speaking of the caves to which she would lead him. He reluctantly fell into step behind her, hoping the caves were not far off. As he limped along, he longed for solitude again. As soon as he was left alone, he would be able to think things over. He could not do that here, not now, when his mere presence put the others in danger. I'm nothing but a killer, he though dismally. If Aria ever found out what I did, she'd ban me from these lands forever. At last they reached the caves, just when he felt his leg could take no more. His eyes blurred as pain coursed through his every vein. "Thank you," he muttered, stumbling clumsily toward a cave opening. "Your guidance is much appreci—" he swayed for a moment, and then his leg gave out. He fell sideways, brushing the cave's wall as he went down, landing hard on the ground and sending up a puff of dirt. For a moment, he blacked out from the pain. Seconds later his eyes fluttered open... he struggled to get to his feet but he could not. Exhausted and humiliated, he slumped against the wall of the cave, teetering on the edge of consciousness.

Aqua followed behind slowly. Her daggers delicatly picked there way across the ground. She was in no rush, what so ever. As they walked towards the form of shelter, she took in the scenery. Every inch of these lands was beautiful. And now, every each of these lands was now her home.
As they reached the cave, she watched the other equines, before slowly wandering around the small cave. She turned, after hearing a soft thud. Looking, she saw Bogle on the ground. Aqua could tell he wasnt in good shape. She trotted over to him, and sniffed him softly. The air from her nostrils sent little clouds of dust into the air, off of his bod. Are you alright? She asked, her voice sweet, but worried. It hung in the air, cutting through a sudden silence.
Sorry, bad post

Aria stepped aside as they arrived, letting the stallion continue into the small shelter. There was enough room for perhaps three or four horses, not enough for the whole herd, but she and Courage could remain outside if necessary. When she saw the other stallion fall, she took a worried step forward, but didn't rush him. By the look of him, he needed air, and he hadn't been quick to tell of his injury, so he probably wouldn't now, either.

Courage followed the small group, not far behind, he was still grumpy about the ants and slightly uncomfortable with another stallion so close, he'd never really been in a herd with other stallions since he was a colt, and the one time he'd alowed a stallion in his old herd, the stallion took the herd away by defeating him. Courage sighed as they reached the small cave and watched Bogle fall, but stood still at the entrance letting Aria see to it, he watched worriedly but wouldn't squeeze himself in, it wouldn't be good for anyone. ooc- sorry guys..will post more

"Excuse me, sorry," muttered Bogle, images of the other horses blurring before him. He hobbled deeper into the cave, straining from the effort of walking. "Just... need rest..." He made his way toward the darkest corner where he hoped he would be safest. Then he allowed himself to go down on his knees again. Heaving a sigh of relief, he lay down on his side, breathing heavily. He debated going to sleep, but could not simply leave them without them knowing how grateful he was... "You must know how much I thank you," he managed to say. "I—I haven't rested in ages. I don't know anybody here, I haven't met any other horses since—" his voice trailed off as he caught himself. "Anyways, I think I'm ready to... start over new." He picked his words carefully. "Is it okay for me to stay here? I don't want to be a burden..."

Aqua Marine's dark brown orbs tried to follow Bogle as he moved farther into the dark cave. She strained to catch a glimps of him, before she heard him lower himself to the ground. Her attention then turned to the other horses, after hearing Bogles words. As they paused, she took it as her chance to get a word in. I to, am very greatful for you letting me stay here. She dipped her head, trying to be as polite as possible. She was still getting used to being in a herd again, and she wasnt quite sure if she was going a little overboard with thanking them, and bowing too much, or if she needed to do it even more. Either way, she tried to relax. And she waited patiently for the reply of the other equines.

Aria took a few steps into the cave, far enough that both equines could see and hear her. "You are both welcome to stay as long as you would like. If you wish, you may consider Billow Glades your home." All were welcome in her terra. She had always strived to help others and make them feel comfortable and safe. Now it was her duty and her privelage to be ablel to do so.

Courage shifted positions so he could see into the cave without actually going in, he pawed at the ground nervously as he smelt a strange scent in the light breeze, it was something different and new. Couage took a few steps backwards and trotted away to take a quick look around, just to make sure everything was okay, He stayed in the trees wherever he could following the scent.

"Aqua, where are you from?" Bogle asked to break the silence. He didn't want them to think he was antisocial and rude. He tipped his head towards her and pricked his ears, showing interest in what she would say. As long as he kept the focus away from his past and his life, he would be able to keep up a conversation and get to know the horses who had so kindly brought him to this shelter. Of course, if they knew what he had done, they would never have been so kind. He wouldn't tell them of how he resented his father and his herd life. He wouldn't tell them of that fateful night when the storm struck and his herd had stampeded blindly into the night. He wouldn't tell them how he had escaped death and taken his freedom while the others had met their end, falling over the edge... No, he would not tell them these things. These deep secrets which he held inside him, never to reveal to anybody... These deep secrets which pained him every single day, a pain worse than that in his injured leg, a pain so real it blinded him from reality...
