Lily stopped her truck in front of the barn, getting out and walking back to the trailer. She spoke softly as she opened the gate, then stepped inside to untie her new horse. "Hey there, boy. Have a nice trip? I think you'll like it here, and I certainly hope you're going to like Deductive." The young woman kept up the chatter as she gave the horse a pat and led him down the ramp, letting him take his time.
ooc: i'll be gone this weekend, just so you know. my parents just purchased an inn in wisconsin, so we're headed up there as a family to take care of some stuff.

The woman's voice calmed Windy's nerves. He walked obdiently out of the trailer and followed the woman to where she was leading him.

ooc: try to make you're posts 50 words or more, please. I understand if you are new to rp-ing, and if you need help, let me know. Lily lead Windy slowly into the barn, taking him down to the stall next to Deductive, her other horse. Hopefully the two stallions would get along, and she believed they would. Both seemed to be sweet and calm in nature. Opening the door, she walked in first, closing the door after the horse and slipping the halter off of his head. "Welcome home, Windy."

OCC: Ok, I'll try. ^-^
The Roan stallion shook his mane back into place as Lily removed his halter. He nuzzled her pocket, trying to see if he could smell a carrot or two. He raised his high, to look at the new surrondings. He liked going to new places. But what he wanted right now was to stretch his legs. Windy wanted to go and run, and jump, and run, and jump some more. Or even a simple walk on a trail would be nice.

"Sorry, sweety, I'm not going to work you today. I'm taking you to the track tomorrow. Won't that be fun? As long as you don't throw me off or anything, cuz I wouldn't like that very much. Besides, Deductive here already did that a few weeks ago." Lily gave the horse a pat and walked out of the stall, returning a moment later with the grooming box. Setting it down just outside the stall, she grabbed a curry and walked back in to the horse. "I hope you're okay if I groom you free-standing. I'm too lazy to cross-tie you." She laughed a little, then started brushing Windy's beautiful red roan coat.
